Hi there! My name’s Felicia and I’m a 25-year-old Canadian gal with a penchant for talking too fast and too much. I am a city transplant living in small town Ontario, Canada with my husband, Steven, and our two dogs — a Havanese called Leia and a Cocker Spaniel called Lady.

I’ve been writing since I knew how to hold a pen in my hand. But I’ve been telling stories for even longer. With a highly imaginative mind (and ADHD), I love finding new ways to explore and express my creativity. I graduated from university with a degree in history, so you’ll likely find me dissecting the intricate workings of court politics or defending Anne Boleyn until I’m blue in the face.

During the day, I work in a full-time role in marketing at a web design agency. At night, when I remove my Clark Kent glasses, you can find me tucked into a good book, consuming Taylor Swift’s discography like it’s my career, and using Pinterest to dream-board my entire life.

In the past ten years, I have dabbled in a little bit of everything online. I’ve been a Disney-grammer, a book blogger, a fashion and makeup blogger… You name it, I’ve probably done it.

After years of blogging under different aliases and niches, I hit publish on Felicia Guest Writes as a way to share my lifelong love of reading, as well as dive into other topics which matter most to me. Previously, I blogged under “The Bookish Brunette”, a book blog where I shared book reviews during my year-long sabbatical from university.

Aside from blogging, I also write professionally in a freelancing capacity. You can find my work at WatchMojo, an infotainment YouTube channel. I write primarily for their sister channel, MsMojo. If you’ve ever seen one of their Taylor Swift videos, I probably wrote it.
